A delicious, sweet, and vegan smoothie that is filled with banana, dates, and almond milk!
Total Time:3 minutes
1 cup of ice
1 cup of almond and cashew milk blend unsweetened (or regular unsweetened almond milk)
1 and ½ ripe bananas
3 medjool dates, pitted
In a blender, add the ice, almond milk, bananas and date and blend until you smooth. Divide into two cups and serve cold. There might be small pieces of date on the bottom, if you don’t like the texture you can strain the mixture out – but the dates are my favorite part!
